Returns Policy

We offer returns on both new and refurbished products. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice with a proper Return Authorization number (RA #).

A 20% restocking fee is charged on all new returns which have been opened. There is no restocking fee on refurbished or sealed product returns. The refund includes the total charge amount minus the shipping charge.

Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Incomplete or defective returns will be refused. We will not accept any returns without an RA #. For any questions or to request a Return Authorization number simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Your requests for special handling such as Overnight, Second Day Air, etc. are gladly accepted. Office Telephones is not responsible for any damages incurred from the performance of these carriers.

All products ship out from our distribution centres in Ontario, Canada.
